Adoption Pricing
Adoption fees ensure that you are able to take home a cat or kitten that has been thoroughly cared for. All of our adoption fees go directly to providing medical care, food, shelter, and litter for the cats and kittens we rescue. The chart below breaks down the cost of a free or stray cat in comparison to our adoption fees. We offer a $50 discount on each additional cat or kitten adopted - consider adopting a pair!

Adoption Policies
The above totals do not include food, litter, post-operative drugs, and other routine expenses. All adoption fees go directly towards providing medical care, food, litter and shelter for our rescued cats. As shown above, the adoption fees often do not even cover the costs of the care we provide each cat. Once the paperwork has been completed and the adoption fee is paid, you will be able to take your new companion home. You need to provide a carrier for transport. We may contact you after the adoption to follow up and ensure your cat is settling in well.
Submitting an adoption application to Maine Coons & More does not commit the applicant to that adoption or guarantee adoption approval of the specified or any adoptable cat listed with MC&M.
