Our Mission

Maine Coons & More is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization made up of experienced volunteers dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, socialization, and re-homing of Maine Coons and other exceptional cats and kittens into permanent homes. We are a small network of exceptional foster homes that dedicate their time getting to know each foster cat that comes into the rescue. We would never put any cat into your home that we would not put in our own. Each cat or kitten that comes into our rescue is considered saved, and we have the privilege of loving them until their perfect forever home is found. We are each personally dedicated to this mission and will do everything we can do to save as many cats and kittens as possible and see them through to their perfect homes. Unlike other similar organizations, our goal is not only to save lives, but also ensure that the cats that we rescue will undoubtedly be the perfect match for you and your family.

Who We Are

Maine Coons & More is a private, nonprofit rescue in Southern New jersey. Comprised of a group of experienced, dedicated volunteer rescuers and foster homes, we have dedicated ourselves to rescuing, rehabilitating, socializing, and re-homing Maine Coons and other exceptional cats and kittens. We specialize in matching our exceptional cats to the perfect forever home. Our decades of experience and dedication allow us to evaluate and place cats and kittens into intentional home situations that we know work best for both the family and the cat or kitten in question. We take pride in our cats, and only place those cats and kittens we would feel comfortable having in our own homes.
